If you’re not planning on pounding Game of Thrones episodes until Sunday’s new episode premieres, you’ve got LOTS of get-out-of-your-house options this weekend! Whether you’re into spirit seances, queer dance parties, Trump protests, after hours soirees at museums and/or all of the comedy, I can pretty much guarantee you’ll find something you want to do listed below. Before we get into all of that, here’s what you may have missed on BYT this week:

  • Just wanna d-d-d-d-dance? Pop over to Good Room for a $20+ John Talabot set.
  • Too poor? Head to the Seaport for a free Salt Cathedral gig!
  • For comedy, get to Union Hall for a new round of I’m New Here w/ Jon Ronson and Maeve Higgins! Tickets are $12.

  • Or if you want to keep it more local and/or cheaper, just hit up Union Pool for a $10 Simon Doom show.
  • Totally bankrupt? Just get yourself to Prospect Park for a free show from Quantic and Tei Shi.

  • Even pricier than that (but potentially worth it) is a $64+ My Morning Jacket show at Forest Hills Stadium.
  • Plus Masta Killa is at City Winery for $25!
  • Got all the feelings? Get to Gramercy Theatre for a $15 Morrissey + The Smiths tribute show.

  • My top pick for tonight is Annie Hart’s record release show at Baby’s All Right! Tickets are $10-$12.
  • And don’t forget it’s day two of Out In The Streets! Single-day passes are $15.
  • It’s also day two of Greatest Day Ever, and today’s headliner is Diplo if you’re into that! Tickets are still $65+.
  • Comedy-wise, post up at the Bell House for a $5-$8 show with Josh Gondelman + Jeffery Self, plus it’s Sasheer Zamata Party Time for $8-$10 after that!

  • Over at Union Hall, meanwhile, it’s Picture This w/ Dave Hill, Joel Kim Booster and more! Tickets are $8-$10.
